Jason Hall, Chief Executive Officer
Jason Hall, 37, formerly served as President and CEO, as well serving on the Board of Directors, for Family Merchants Bank, a $50 Million commercial bank previously located in Cedar Rapids.

Hall originally moved to the Iowa City area in 2004 when he spear-headed the founding of First American Bank, Iowa City. His skill evolved the start-up location, growing assets from zero to $30 Million in less than 36 months and turning the new location stable and profitable within 5 months of inception. Hall, with the help of a strong team of professionals, quickly turned First American Bank into a recognizable and respected bank amongst business leaders throughout the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor. With an extensive background in Business, Accounting and Finance, he has been a consistent leader in business endeavors over the course of his career.

Anthony Marlowe, President
Anthony Marlowe, 32, served as the CEO of TMone from its inception in 2003 when he co-founded the company with COO John Burchert, to 2007.  Marlowe is a principal and now serves as the company’s President.  Marlowe was recognized by Inc. Magazine in 2007 as one of the 25 youngest CEOs of the 5000 fastest growing companies in America.  In 2008, Marlowe was named to the Corridor Business Journals 40 under 40 list.  In 2009 he was featured in the annual Entrepreneur 101 magazine.

Headquartered in Iowa City, Iowa, TMone is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Selling (CSS). Clients include: AT&T, Sybase, Office Depot, Cox Communications, Spark Energy, Schneider National and Time Warner Cable.

Prior to launching TMone, Marlowe served as the Vice President of Business Development at Infinity.  While there he increased the annual CRM revenue by 50 percent.  In addition, Marlowe also has held senior sales and management roles with May International and MCI.  During his time with MCI, Marlowe consistently performed in the top one percent.  At the age of 22, Marlowe directly led an organization of over 200 Agents, Trainers and Supervisors and became the youngest member of management to be inducted into the MCI Hall of Fame.  His contributions were consistently recognized by MCI executives with several awards including MCI Mass Markets’ “Best of the Best” and MVP.

Marlowe maintains relationships with many industry leaders across a variety of industries from Telecommunications to NASCAR.  In addition to representing TMone’s services, Marlowe is a sounding board for executives nationally when it comes to their outsourcing and CRM strategies.

John Burchert, Chief Operating Officer
John Burchert has served as TMone’s Chief Operating Officer since he co-founded the company in 2003. Under Burchert’s operational leadership TMone has become a premier provider of outsourcing services. Burchert specializes in employee management and has a track record of accelerating revenue growth through market optimization and execution of strategic initiatives. TMone provides predictive and financially accountable front and back office business process outsourcing and database management services to Fortune 500 companies globally. In 2011 as result of John’s leadership, he was named to the Corridor Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 list.

As an expert of operational management, Burchert has been essential to helping TMone grow to four Midwestern contact center locations, including its recent announcement in Spearfish, South Dakota. Burchert previously led the relocation of TMone’s Corporate Headquarters from North Liberty, Iowa to its current location in Iowa City. He also previously has been responsible for the development and startup of two additional TMone contact center locations in Des Moines, Iowa and North Sioux City, South Dakota. Nearly a decade after TMone’s inception, today Burchert leads approximately 600 employees company wide with nearly 50 percent of those employees in the Corridor.

Prior to starting TMone John worked for Reese Teleservices Inc. overseeing AT&T outsourced sales and customer service accounts. He began his professional career over a decade ago with APAC Customer Service Inc. where he worked on behalf of financial services clients such as Discover and Providian.

A great communicator, charismatic speaker and natural leader, Burchert has a rare ability to inspire people. Burchert’s belief that people are the core of TMone’s business is evident in the company’s environment, processes and values. His passion for people and relationships is apparent in his daily interactions with employees.

In addition to Burchert’s professional accomplishments he is also a devoted husband and father. A native of Chicago, Illinois, Burchert relocated to Iowa in 1995. Ethan Z. Davis, Vice President of Support
Ethan Z. Davis, 31, is the Vice President of Support, TMone, a position he’s held since February 2007.   In his role he is responsible for the day to day execution and strategy of IT, marketing and people support departments across TMone’s four Midwest locations.

Previously, TMone’s Director of Marketing, Davis has served as a senior member of TMone’s management team since 2005 with additional responsibilities in business development and partner relationship management.

Since joining TMone shortly after the company’s inception in 2002, Davis has served in various positions of increasing responsibility across a variety of management roles.  Over the course of Davis’s tenure he has been responsible for the management of multiple departments including training and development, marketing communications, implementation, IT project management, and recruiting and client services.  As a senior executive leader, Davis is cross functional and engaged with multiple support units in the areas of corporate strategy, business development mobilization and management initiatives focused on the growth and development of TMone’s core business enterprise.

Prior to TMone, Davis held positions with Infinity Marketing, a direct mail and outsourcing service provider where he oversaw multiple vendor relationship management programs within the automotive, telecom and financial services industries.  Ethan started his professional career as a sales manager with MCI Mass Markets where he was responsible for sales, training and facilitating outsourced partner support initiatives with MCI strategic partners.

Jonny Lympus, Vice President of Contact Center Operations
Jonny Lympus joined TMone as the Director of Operations in 2010. In October 2011, Jonny was promoted to the Vice President of Contact Center Operations. As the Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Lympus will assume responsibility for all day to day contact center operations and service delivery. Prior to his new role, Lympus served in a variety of BPO positions of increasing responsibility in client services and operations for companies such as Focus Services, Inc. and APAC Customer Services.

Lympus received his BA from the University of Northern Iowa and holds numerous certifications from the out-sourcing industry. Jonny enjoys spending time with his wife and three girls. Dave Stearns, Vice President of Business Development
Dave Stearns joined TMone in 2011 as the Vice President of Business Development. As the Vice President Business Development, Stearns leads sales and marketing efforts for TMone’s new Spearfish, South Dakota Contact Center.

Prior to TMone, Stearns was the Chief Executive Officer for more than 10 years with a multi-state forestry company in the Pacific Northwest. Prior to entering the forestry industry, Stearns was involved with the agricultural sector; as the Chief Financial Officer for an international hybrid-seed agriculture company and as the Chief Executive Officer of a national potted-flower company.

Stearns was raised on a large ranch/farm operation in northwestern South Dakota and received his BS/BA from the University of North Dakota and holds a CPA certificate from Minnesota. Stearns and his wife, Sandy have three grown sons. Stearns resides in Spearfish while, Sandy lives in Oregon and is planning to relocate by summer 2012. Blair Gretter, Vice President of Database Management and Sales
Blair Gretter joined TMone in 2003 as a telecom sales agent. Today he is the Vice President of Database Management and Sales. Gretter is responsible for the overall operation of TMone’s database division including new customer acquisition, marketing, fulfillment and customer service. In addition, he is currently working to enhance TMone’s Business Development efforts.

Gretter graduated from Keota High School in southeast Iowa, attended Wartburg College then made his way to Iowa City to finish at The University of Iowa. He started his sales career at MCI in the summer of 2002 as a part time job. Working under now TMone executives Ethan Davis and Heather Hoyt at MCI he quickly learned that he had a gift for building relationships which resulted in sales. Gretter is proud to boast that he is the highest gross revenue generating sales agent in TMone’s 10 year history.

Dennis Dorman, Director
Dennis Dorman joined TMone in September 2009 and was instrumental in launching operations in TMone’s Des Moines Contact Center in 2009. Dorman is responsible for the overall operations of a significant TMone Fortune 10 client.

Dorman started his career with Access Direct in 2001 where he developed relationships with Yvonne Gardenier, Heather Hoyt, and other TMone leaders. It was there that he honed his skills in sales leadership. Dennis held similar positions with Florida based Precision Response Corporation (PRC), managing contact centers in Ames, and Marshalltown, Iowa.

A Des Moines native, Dorman received a BA from the Henry B. Yvonne Gardenier, Director of Client Services
Yvonne Gardenier joined TMone in 2008 and has held several positions during that time.  Gardenier is our Director of Client services.  In her role, Gardenier oversees and is responsible for day-to-day operations and client satisfaction.  She also oversees and manages all order writing responsibilities, Quality Assurance expectations and new program execution.

Prior to joining TMone, Gardenier served in a variety of senior sales leadership, client service and quality assurance positions for other outsourcing companies.  She brings to the organization over 15 years of experience in the outsourcing industry and a wealth of experience in client satisfaction, training, quality assurance and program execution.  Gardenier has experience managing call centers and regional quality assurance departments.  She excels at client satisfaction and has managed several fortune 100 and 500 companies over the course of her career.

Travis Eichelberger, Associate Director of Regional Operations
Travis Eichelberger joined TMone in 2006 as an Operations Supervisor.  With his strong sales and motivational abilities, he was able to quickly move into Manager, and today is the Associate Director of Regional Operations.  He is now responsible for the over-site of all Managers and Supervisors across the various locations for one of our largest clients.  Eichelberger is accountable for ensuring that all strategic operational initiatives are met through positive and productive interactions with the customer base.

Prior to TMone, Eichelberger worked as a Program Manager at Access Direct in Iowa and Florida. Eichelberger has a wide range of experience working on residential and commercial inbound/outbound projects, with sales, retention, TAM, and customer service orientations.

Leah Lee, Associate Director of Executive Services and Administration
Leah Lee joined TMone in July of 2009 as the Executive Administrator, advancing to Associate Director of Executive Services and Administration. Lee provides comprehensive oversight of office administration, which includes managing and coordinating multicenter payroll & benefits administration , contributing in company financial operations, and supporting the CEO, COO, and President of TMone in a variety of critical capacities.

Lee launched her business career at FutureCall, LLC in Colorado Springs, CO in 2000 as a sales agent, quickly moving to floor supervisor. After returning to Iowa City in 2002 she worked at MCI as a customer service representative, managing business and consumer accounts. In 2005 Lee joined Sweets and Treats, Inc., of Coralville, Iowa, a wholesale gourmet foods distributorship, as administrative assistant. Promoted to the office manager position, Lee had a broad scope of responsibilities including initiation and development of new marketing tools and strategies, human resources management, financial operations, and corporate relations.

Integral parts of Lee’s personal life are friends and family, with her main focus on her two young children. An Iowa City native, Lee enjoys hiking the deer trails of Hickory Hill Park, reading character development novels and experimental fiction, sampling local culinary cuisine, and listening to a broad range of music. Mike Gray Mike Gray, Associate Director of Reporting and Analysis
Mike Gray is the Associate Director of Reporting and Analysis, a position he has held since September 2011. In his new role Mike will be supporting reporting and systems across all four contact center locations and will be responsible for test and turn-up of programs.

Gray joined TMone in June 2010, starting as a Reporting Manager. Gray is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles, with a BS in mathematics with a specialization in computing. Gray comes to TMone with more than 15 years of programming, IT and systems integration for contact centers. Prior to TMone, Gray was with Edge Teleservices, were he was responsible for IT security, disaster recovery, development of programming standards, guidelines, and processes as well as the development of dialer, payroll and reporting systems. Jared Bazzell, Associate Director of Executive Sales and Marketing Support
Jared Bazzell joined TMone in summer 2011. As the Associate Director of Executive Sales and Marketing Support, Bazzell supports all aspects of executive sales and marketing campaigns for TMone.

Prior to TMone, Bazzell was a Business Development, Marketing and Real Estate Coordinator for the University of Iowa and UI Research Park. At the University of Iowa Research Park he helped drive collaboration between research companies and the University of Iowa while also providing a platform for startup life sciences and technology companies through the Private-Public Partnerships of the University of Iowa Technology Innovation Center and BioVentures Center. Bazzell is a former member of the UI Collegiate Debate Team and the A. Craig Baird Debate Forum at the University of Iowa. Bazzell, a former candidate for City Council in Iowa City, Iowa is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the Board for the UniverCity Housing Project, a cooperative effort of the City of Iowa City and the University of Iowa to create single family owner-occupied housing near the University of Iowa campus in historically high rental population zones.

Robert Moore, Business Development, BPO/DBM
Robert Moore re-joined TMone in March 2011 and leads BPO/DBM business development and sales campaigns. Moore, a Des Moines, Iowa native and veteran of the United States Army National Guard. Entrepreneur by nature, Moore has productively impacted TMone’s growth over the years in ERP level BPO and DBM business development, combined Moore has been with TMone for more than 6 years. As a leader Moore is a natural leader, communicator and an expert in his field. His innate ability to relate to people is one of his most powerful assets. Moore is a dedicated business professional however most impressive is his principled approach to work and life.

Jerry Krambeck, Associate Director of Facilities and Security
Jerry Krambeck, joined TMone in September 2011 as the Associate Director of Facilities and Security. As the Associate Director of Facilities and Security, Krambeck is responsible for the management of all TMone Facilities.

Krambeck is a 4th Generation lifelong resident of Lawrence County in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Krambeck was self-employed 17 years’ while operating several businesses from selling and repairing musical instruments, fire safety, commercial irrigation, landscaping, and a bowling alley. Selling his last business interest in 1989, Krambeck went to work for the historic Homestake gold mine in Lead, South Dakota following in the footsteps of three generations of his family. During Krambeck’s tenure at Homestake he worked maintenance in the 5,000 foot shafts, and on the diesel mechanized equipment underground as far as 8,000 feet below the surface of the earth. After the closure of Homestake Mining Company, Krambeck worked as the Facility Manager for Premier Bankcard in Spearfish until its closure in 2011.
Community minded, Krambeck spent 23 years on the Spearfish Volunteer Fire Department holding all of its executive offices including Fire Chief in 1979-1980. Krambeck spent 3 years on the Spearfish City Council and was elected the Mayor of the City Spearfish in 2000. Krambeck still holds the office of Mayor making his term the longest in the history of the City of Spearfish. Krambeck served as the President of the South Dakota Municipal League in 2007-2008, elected the first President of the Northern Hills United Way, currently a trustee on the South Dakota Public Assurance Alliance, and servers on many local and regional boards. Krambeck loves the local history and enjoys sharing his knowledge with others.

Catrina Rodgers, Associate Director of Client Services
Catrina Rodgers joined TMone in September 2011. As the Associate Director of Client Services, Rodgers manages day-to-day interactions for clients at TMone’s Spearfish Contact Center.

Rodgers comes to TMone with more than 13 years of management experience in both inbound and outbound call centers. Most recently she spend almost 10 years with PREMIER Bankcard as a Unit Manager in Spearfish, South Dakota. As a Unit Manager, Rodgers led teams of agents that ranked among the best at PREMIER Bankcard. During her time at PREMIER Rodgers was consistently recognized for outstanding achievement and leading teams with the lowest attrition rate. She was also an instrumental player with creating and revising procedures and policies for their Customer Service department. Rodgers began her career with PhoneBase Research in Laramie, WY as an Assistant Manager, were she was responsible for total agent interaction including; recruitment, training, quality assurance, and productivity. Rodgers is actively involved in the Spearfish community through events such as Relay for Life, March of Dimes, Zonta Festival of Trees, and Special Olympics.
