TMone puts a premium on providing the very best to our clients.  There is simply nothing more important than ensuring your complete satisfaction.  TMone assigns a dedicated account manager and executive level relationship manager to each partner relationship.  We understand that our partner contact has many responsibilities so we strive to provide an account structure that is responsive, intuitive and steadfast.

As an on-location extension of our partner, account managers work closely with partner managers and internal operations, quality and support groups and have overarching authority and obligation to guarantee the satisfaction of their partner.  By empowering our account managers TMone guarantees that it can move quickly through one point of contact to communicate and affect change.  Account managers provide daily and monthly program analysis through reporting and monthly business reviews.

In addition to your account manager, who is the focal point for planning and delivery of services, TMone will assign an executive (VP or higher) to each partnership.  This is a deliberate component of TMone’s operating structure and our way of ensuring that each partner relationship receives the very best intention, execution and results from TMone.
