For each implementation TMone creates a secure workspace for online project management, discussion threads, file sharing, and content management. Implementation templates are complete with milestones, task lists, document libraries and discussion boards that allow all team members to collaborate and see task statuses at any time. A project plan is then created showing all critical events and milestones. Any potential risks are identified, with alternate solutions to mitigate risk and ensure timelines for development and implementation are achieved.
